Our
Design Process
- Initial Consultation
This is a free consultation by email or phone.
Site ideas and requirements are discussed to estimate the cost of your
project. Your questions about the process shall be answered and you
will be given the information you need to take you to the next step.
You can fill out the Consultation
Request Form to get things started.
- Formal Estimate
At your request, we will write up and email you
a formal estimate detailing your website specifications. This service
is billed at our hourly rate. Payment of this fee will be creditied
to your final bill if a project agreement is signed.
- Agreement Signed
We will mail a completed Project
Agreement to you outlining your website specifications. Once you
have signed your agreement, the form is mailed back to CioppaSolutions.com
and work begins!
One third of the total estimated cost is due at this time.
- Domain Name Registration and Hosting Setup
We will assist you with both selection and registration
of a Domain name if necessary. We will also assist you with selection
and setup of hosting services that will meet the needs of your site.
- Content Gathering
You are responsible for providing the majority
of your site content, including text copy for articles, information,
slogans, photos, logos, marketing materials, and other related materials.
Client participation is critical to this phase of the project.
We can assist you by offering suggestions, editing submitted materials,
and creating customized graphics.
- Structure and Style Development
While you are preparing content materials, we
will begin designing the layout and style elements of your site. Navigation
menus, style sheets, and color schemes will all be combined into a page
template that will be used as a base for the rest of your site.
- Page Design
We begin designing your site, starting with your
front page. Sub-pages are then built to house each section of your site.
Page design consists of an initial draft for your review. We will provide
two rounds of revisions to finalize each page.
Upon completion of your page design, one third of the total payment
shall be due.
- Usability Testing
To ensure that we launch a clean, complete site, all elements of your site will be tested on our staging server, thoroughly. All adjustments are made at this time, such as corrections to coding errors or broken links.
- Site Launch!
We will post your finished website to your hosting provider, making accessible to the public.
We will also submit your website address to the top 3 free search engines
free of charge.
Balance is due before your site is launched.
